Our story
Care born from personal experience
Anisa's Way was founded on a simple belief: every person deserves to age with dignity, comfort, and genuine human connection — right at home.
Our mission
To provide compassionate, dignified, and personalized in-home care that empowers seniors to live fully — on their own terms, in the place they call home.
What we stand for
Dignity
We treat every client as a whole person — with a history, preferences, and inherent worth. Dignity is not optional; it is the foundation of everything we do.
Compassion
We show up with empathy, patience, and genuine care — not just for our clients, but for their families too. Caregiving is a relationship, not a transaction.
Reliability
Families count on us. We take that responsibility seriously — showing up on time, following through on commitments, and communicating proactively.
Excellence
We hold ourselves to high standards in hiring, training, and service delivery. Good enough is never good enough when it comes to someone's loved one.

Ashley Rios
Founder & Director
My home care company was founded in honor of my beloved daughter, Anisa. Her kindness, compassion, and gentle spirit touched everyone who knew her, and I wanted to create something meaningful that would keep her memory alive while making a difference in the lives of others. At the heart of our mission is the belief that every person deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and genuine care. We strive to provide support that reflects Anisa’s loving nature and compassionate touch, ensuring that every client feels valued, comforted, and cared for like family. Through our services, Anisa’s legacy continues to live on each day. It is our privilege to bring comfort, companionship, and quality care to those who need it most, carrying forward the warmth, empathy, and kindness that she shared with the world. "Caring for others with Anisa's touch, keeping her memory alive through every life we serve."
